Such a friendly and professional surgery . My dog Millie loves going so would highly recommend

Very welcoming and look after our pets like they are their own

The chuckle brothers spring to mind. I went three weeks ago with my dog. He had a ear and skin issue. They gave him tablets and ear drops. The vet wasnt intrested in the dog. The lady didnt stroke them or offer a treat. They never told me about side affects. She advised next time we could have tablets for 3 months. I went back to see a different vet. She had different ideas and decided a new course. Gave me tablets for 1 week. We were in 5 minutes she never asked about his ears. She advised we could have 3 months worth next time we came. The lady didnt stroke them or offer a treat. I went back tonight. A different vet again. I was told that she wonts to change the tablets again and come back in 3 weeks. I was also told there was loads of side affects. Which dave wasnt exhibiting. Why on earth was i not advised? Why did they not look at his ears for a third time. The lady didnt stroke them or offer a treat. I have never been given a diagnosise as to what was wrong with my dog even though i had spent over 140 pound with the vet. When i said I wasnt paying for three lots of different advise she raised her voice. The lady on reception wasnt listening to my point and had no answers so regurgitated the same lines. When i was leaving she threw her pen down aggressively on the desk in my direction. A complete waist of time and money. If I paid them their 20 pound a month I bet we would have been once and they wouldnt wont to see him for 3 months. A bunch of con artists. They are not vets. I also wonted to book my other dog in for being sprayed. They didnt have slots available. But they havent been in touch.

Nice place but high turn over of vets. Please can you tell me why such a high turn over of vets as when we bring our doge there is a new vet the majority of times. It's because a customer has to trust a vet and like a vet to let them look after there pet. But with such a high turn over its off putting especially when you've trusted in one then there gone in such a short time next your meeting another vet who only has just qualified.

Excellent customer service., this is a loving practise that really care for all animals. They are alway on hand to help and offer a great care plan package. Highly recommend. They look after our cat Ollie when he has been in the Wars or for vaccinations. Really cannot say enough good things about everyone there.
