We booked as large group of 30 for a long standing annual tradition between friends - a weekend way in the country. Fair Oak Farm was perfect, it was comfortable, beautifully decorated with wonderful personal touches and the perfect layout! The communal spaces had everything you wanted and more. Ian was a pleasure to work with and the whole process was easy and well considered. I'd highly recommend booking at Fair Oak Farm and can't wait to go back!

We had an incredible stay at Fair Oak last weekend for an office Christmas Party. The venue itself is amazing and has everything you need, in an absolutely beautiful setting. Ian and the team were extremely accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 5 stars!
30+ of us spent a wonderful weekend celebrating some major birthdays with walks to the pub, great food and a few drinks (even some dancing in the barn!). The variety of sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for such a large party, both adults and children were able to share. The kids were able to run around the farm safely, enjoying the space and beautiful surroundings, despite the only rain we got this summer!! The adults enjoyed the very comfortable & relaxing accommodation, the outdoor fire pit and social areas...Fair Oak Farm was a special spot for a special celebration with friends...great facilities and serviced perfectly. We came to Fair Oak Farm for a company retreat. This was the most incredible venue, beautiful grounds, great attention to detail and really has the 'wow' factor. It's so attentively managed by Ian who will ensure you have everything you need to make your stay perfect. We also had catering from Jane, I can safely say Jane & Kit provided us with the best catering I've ever had at a retreat such as this. Great local food, prepared with such care and couldn't recommend using them enough!If I could rate it more than 5*'s I would, honestly so happy we chose Fair Oak Farm for our stay.
